I bought a Lucid brand 8" twin-size memory foam mattress from amazon, currently on sale for $137. It's a very good mattress and I never wake up feeling sore like I did before. The nice thing is they come rolled up real tight in a vacuum sealed wrap so it's easier to get into the truck. Some trucks you can open the side of the bunk like a door, mine has an emergency hatch thing that is big enough to move a full mattress in and out of.

I have a twin mattress at home, I would make it fit in the truck, Sterns and foster $1000.00 GUARANTEE you will SLEEEEEEEP GOOD.

You can't beat these for price and comfort--like sleeping on a cloud. This one is $139.
The only downside is that it doesn't come in a Twin XL which most trucks have. If you get two of the six inch and stack them, they come in an XL... $109 each.

topper is probably your best bang for the buck.
as far as getting mattresses into tiny spots, roll it like a burrito and strap/tie it tight. Use some pallet-wrap to make it even tighter.CoveringBases Thanks this. -
Match the truck mattress to your mattress at home. When we bought a new bed set at home i got an extra twin of exact specs for the truck. Best thing i ever bought for the truck.

I bought a temperpedic mattress. I just put the top bunk in the up position and slide my mattress in .
