As mentioned above. You really need to go where you get your license. Every state has its own requirements of what it takes to pass. There should be a book that is issued by your state with all the info that will be on their tests. Ask the clerk at the window what parts of the book are needed for the endorsement that you are applying for.
It is one thing to get the written test. Yet some states may require you to have had some learning miles before you actually get the driven test. Here in Maine it is 35 hours of driven time. You will also need to have the parking requirements learned as well. Off set parking otherwise known as parallel parking, Here in Maine there is a requirement to do a alley dock parking maneuver and a side dock. The side dock the body of the trailer is at 90 degrees to the building and the cab can not be less than 45 degrees from inline with the trailer. Browny points if the cab is at right angle to the trailer. The idea is that if the truck is straight out you might block a road. With the cab on a angle, the driver will allow traffic to pass.
