Cristcdl.com. Hands down. I practiced in their tests for s couple weeks before I took the written and I got 100 on all parts. The exact same questions on Crist were on the DMV test. His was Illinois.

He means he has no clue what he is talking about. Sounds like they were duped by a recruiter into going to a fleet school.

A community college course is usually the best followed by a private CDL school. Almost every starter company I know of will not only hire you if you get your CDL from one of those, they often will reimburses you for the cost over time. Even companies that have their own school accept new CDL holders from community college or private CDL schools provided the course length meets there requirements.

    six months!! O_O !! !! !!

but.. do you ever get paid?

Also, people learn at a different rate. You may just "get it" or it may take more time. I can compare myself with my 3 week mega school to someone with a 6 month community college program.. We drive the same and hey.. we both have the same cdl... I just spent way less time, figured out a way to have it free without working for S.W.I.F.T. and .. yep. Do what makes you happy.

Or just take all the free tests you can find online over and over a few times. Never even opened that book that the VA DMV didn't have available in english... Spent a few hours taking practice tests online and passed all the tests for the permit first time.

In VA it's $3 to take the tests and you can retake them every day if you don't pass.

^^^I did all the free ones I could find first, they all had some of the questions, none had em all....Its why I paid for all of them, including alternates, state specific...
The wording and phrase-ology was exact..I was satisfied I spent the money...

Hey man I got one question; I'm currently studying on crist cdl website. should I study the questions on the outdated testing center. Or should I study from the new online testing center? I'm sorry if this is a dumb question.
