NASTC has a good fuel card and loading it is instant. They also will set you up with much more, like factoring, insurance, ELD's. I still use NASTC services but now I have a ES Advantage fuel card. I also have a RTS fuel card. I haven't used it because ES Advantage fuel discounts are $0.20 cheaper on average. Good luck.

I have a TCS card and use it most of the time. Out west it isn't as much help but east of I-29 or 35 it has pretty good discounts.

That's exactly what I do. With my phone hooked to my laptop I can log into my bank account anywhere there's cell service and put money on the TCS with Zelle. $2.95 per transaction so it doesn't make a lot of sense to do any less than $1000 to keep the transaction fees from adding up. They do also hit you with a $3 fee if you fuel at an out of network stop which I think is kind of BS but on the other hand their customer service is fantastic.

OOIDA Truckers Advantage Fleet One issued by WEX -
Up until a few months ago when I left the RV life I used TSD Open Roads which seems to be 5 to 10 cents higher than I currently see with my mega carrier's program with WEX.
I can post screenshots of routes and fuel prices using Open Roads for comparison.
Both programs use WEX network. Discount is location specific so preplanning is crucial.
Free to join no monthly fees.
