Condos are great, if there are 2 of you. Otherwise that second bunk is a waste of space. Just an oversized catch all.

Most companies spec their trucks with 2 bunks. Not 1 bunk with vast cabinets above.

I know the term condo is the cool side of newb trucking. But I would spend my days worrying about whether the truck was a total POS, rather than worrying about bunk configurations.

all depends on what and how the cabinets are installed.
some companies have a dumba** arrangement of cabinets.

My company Western Star 3900 sleeper is pretty cozy with the mods I have done

It had a separating curtain in it but I removed it to gain room. The windshield curtains black it out plenty.

I have lived in it full time now for 8 months. Cook huge meals all the time.

I have a good sized frig/ freezer. Convection oven and coffee maker and tea kettle plus a ice maker.

I have enough food, drink snacks clothes to live 3 weeks at a time.

Why all manufactures other than Volvo don’t do this is stupid

The one freightliner has is pretty decent. I hated given up the under bunk storage. But it’s a workable setup.
