Bio...did you find what you were looking for. My wife and I went the same route you did. Made a HUGE difference when we demanded a certain dispatcher. A few moves you can make but they get better if she has six months and much b3tter when she has a year. I miss the cafeteria and free rides to the airport to pick up rental cars.
