Is it Hino, Fuso, Isuzu, Ford, UD, or another one? Just out of curiosity and what made you pick it.

What class of truck? What application? What sort of environment will you be operating in? What kind of mileage are you looking at putting on it? Big difference between what's desirable for a box van running courier routes in a city and a single axle dump which you'll also be towing a backhoe behind (just as an example).

    RickG Thanks this.

Just was wondering which was the best brand of truck since there's so many to choose from. Right now I operate a Hino truck and was wondering about the others.

    I'm not a troll?

I'd troll an Anne Hathaway forum before I troll a trucker forum. :)

Well, the medium duty part, yes. I didn't really see anything stated that he was limiting his option to cab-forward models only, nor did he specify an actual GVWR range he was looking for... as far as Ford, he might only be looking at the LCF, or he might be open to the Super Duty line. Hino also offers both options. And that's why I asked the purpose of the vehicle. If you're just running a box van around town, you could do fine with an NPR or LCF... if you're doing heavier duty work, you'd probably want to lean more towards the Super Duty or a similar type.

    you've got several "truck" manufacturer's.

Cat, cummins, detroit, mack, volvo, izuzu, Mercedes etc.

Then you got the wrappers that make them pretty. Pete, Volvo, KW, Freightliner, etc.

What do you want it to do? And then what do you want it to look like?
