I wear nothing but Danners. They're a little spendy, but for my type of work they are the most comfortable and hold up real well..

I have had real good luck with the Red Wings. If you want to go cheap save it for the sun glasses.
You will be spending a lot of time in your boots spend the money. Red Wing stores typically support thier product well and they have a quality product from my expirience.
Now for sun glasses I order from Pac Sun. KD's to be exact. $7.00 a pair when you order more than one and usually can get a year out of them. I wear the orange during the day and yellow at night. Cuts the headlight glare and you can still see good.:biggrin_2554:

Still sporting my 40 dollar Brahmas from Wallyworld. They've been good to me for 2 years now but the soles are worn flat and I cannot tell you how many times I've about busted my butt when they get wet, fuel islands are like a skating rink. Been trying get some of the Hermans I think it is with the thick soles but hard to find a 13 in them for some reason. Been through countless Chippewas and army boots but these 40 dollar specials must be the best thing coming outta China.
