    LOL Who could that be???

I agree there Gears you got a great looking setup there. I hope I can get one rolling here in about a year and have a setup like that.

The FLD120s are still IMO the ugliest trucks out there.

    Gears Thanks this.

The first truck I drove as a new CDL holder was an FLD. That was in '04 and I was a proud company driver. I thought it was great (at the time). Right now though, I might have to agree with you. Now when I compare my first truck as an owner operator (2000 Century Class) to this Pete, no comparison either, although I don't think the Centurys are necessarily ugly.

My company runs KW t800's and all new Volvo 780's (i think they are 780's, they just came in) We used to have a real busted up fleet until they started getting their act together, swapping 10 trucks a month. We have 75 trucks, all but 4 are less than 1.5 years old. The 4 old trucks are basically yard goats or light in-town haulers now looking at their last days. Thank god those 1997 freightshakers are outta there! I've been in my t800 for 2 months, I LOVE IT. They offered a new volvo to me (being a senior driver) I said thats okay, i got my KW all good and personalized. KW makes a fine truck...just what i think anyway, everyone has their favorite.

Century classes are not bad IMO. That is what I drove first also was a 04. The picture above is what I was talking about when I say FLD 120. I know there is a bunch of them but those are the ugliest trucks to me.

I think that was Freightliner's effort to take a hood and try and make it a bit aero while still holding on to the appeal of the traditional hood truck.
