The one suggestion I would like to add, which I think was mentioned already in this thread, is to maybe add more simple defining questions or Y/N ones before the Star Ratings.
Then I, as a reviewer, can quickly "define" the company as "dry", "flat", "tanker", "local", etc... Before rating it in the different categories.
Also, these fields could be used to "filter" companies for the ones trying to find a company without knowing the name of the company. If I am only looking for "local" or "tanker" I can filler out all the rest of the companies that I have already eliminated. Or if I need training, then I can search for a "reefer" company than offer "in house training" or "company school".
Also, maybe a way to contact the reviewer to ask more questions without posting their email or phone number publicly. Maybe like Craig's List does where the one interested in a company emails a generic contact which is forwarded to the individual or PM sent to their TTR Profile. Then the reviewer can take it from there to reply and begin a conversation in more detail.
Or if the company being reviewed has a group on here or there is a thread where the current drivers "hang out" maybe it can be attached as a link to the review so those interested in reading more comments or touching base with active drivers could then just bounce over to the group or thread in TTR.
Obviously some of these suggestions would only become an option after the reviews are rolled into the main TTR site and profiles.
Again Thanks... Great Start on a Great Feature.
