Millis Transfer pay is better for students. .43cpm while on trainers truck for 15,000miles. Students are paid for all miles the truck is dispatched on, doesnt matter if the student only drives 2000miles they get paid for the miles the trainer drives too. Last week my student and I ran 3875 miles, without me sleeping while hes driving, and we left home on Sunday back home by Friday at 2 30pm...

Your not gonna find it. Prime has the highest training pay in the industry. The have the best training program hands down. They made a hell of a driver out of me. I suggest that should be your decision. Take it from someone who went through it. I only left Prime because I got my own authority. If I didn't I'd still be there because they treat you like family.

You may want to check your facts, because they dont have the highest training pay in the industry. Maybe they did when you were there, but they dont anymore. Also I'm pretty sure Prime requires trainers to train and that alone knocks them out for best training in the industry. Nothings being taught while sleeping

It depends on the trainer buddy. I was a trainer and I took pride in it. I trained some good quality drivers. As far as the pay goes you might be right. It was the highest paid when I started.

Gotcha I had heard basically Prime pushed their trainers to team. I'm a trainer at Millis and I refuse to team, but like you said it depends on the trainer because I know we have some that do. Millis leaves it up to the trainer though

At Millis it all depends on how hard you want to work for training pay. I regularly was paid $1000 or more per week. Only time I didn’t make at least a $1000 was on hometime weeks.

Its more like the trainers rush to team. Their paycheck automatically goes from $1800-$2000 a week solo to $3000-$4000 a week teaming with the trainee during the 40,000 miles that Prime requires before these kids can get their own truck.

Ya I'm not believing those numbers lol. $2000 a week solo at Prime? So over $100,000 a yr?? And trainers can make $150,000+ if they team? Noway lol

No I'm dead serious. That's my word as a man on my children. I'm a lease operator. A company driver won't make those numbers but as a lease driver I've done it and consistently.
