Beveled timber

    2 of the best peices I pulled for my brother's coil wood was cherry :p

    Wasn't my choice to put it through the mill for dunnage, but better cherry than poplar for coils :p

    I know what you mean though, kills you sometimes when remodeling a really old house and you see the walnut 3x2 framing

    My Garand, M1A, Mauser K98, and Swiss straight pulls all disapprove of walnut studs in a house. :cool:

    I bought a set of those at a pretty good discount. I dont know how I ever operated without them! I wouldn't recommend them to the guy that doesn't regularly haul coils, but if it's an everyday occurrence, they can't be beat!
