BEWARE: BOSS FREIGHT & TRANSPORT ATLANTIC

We completed a load on February 23, 2026, for Jacob @boss Freight under the understanding that they were the contracting party responsible for the shipment.
It has since come to our attention that this load was double brokered, involving a third party. The original shipper engaged Transport Atlantic to handle the load, who then passed it along to Boss Freight, and ultimately, Boss Freight contracted us to complete the pickup and delivery.
We have been advised that the original party paid Transport Atlantic in full. However, it remains unclear whether Boss Freight was paid by Transport Atlantic. Regardless, Boss Freight has not paid us for the services we completed, and the invoice has now been outstanding since February 2026.
