    The original contracts and the trailer lease are two separate issues. Mercer must address both in this suit. I will find out next month if the court will order Mercer to turn over the contracts and if I will have to turn over the trailer.

    You are wrong once again. The court already granted Mercer a protective order that forbids me from disclosing the contracts to anyone. They were supposed to turn over the contracts after getting their protective order but then did a 180 and now refuses to comply with my discovery request. The court will hand Mercer its arse next month if Mercer doesn’t cave and give them to me at the last minute.

    FleetCor markets fuel card services under the “Fuelman” brand name in addition to co-branded cards.

    The FTC said that FleetCor “charged customers at least hundreds of millions of dollars in hidden fees after making false promises about helping customers save on fuel costs.”

    A lot of fuel stops I’ve been to aren’t dealing with or accepting Fuelman cards anymore-more than likely because of this issue.
