Why would Mercer "cut you loose" because you live in a certain area? You self dispatch. I've been off for 2 months. Why the comment about customer is always right? What is the true story here?

I'll say this much.. I live in Texas and I been with Mercer for nearly 2 years and have never had any problem getting in-and-out of the house either.... And I'm also inclined to believe that something agregious was done therefore resulting immediate termination... Because I've never seen Mercer just cut somebody loose short of something very egregious right away..

Might have something to do with the "customer is always right" remark.
17 years with his own authority, and he leases on to Mercer.
I think I smell the fart that Larry just cut

    Ok...
I have a silly question. As an o/o leased on to Mercer how do you cost them money?
Only way I can see is a contract violation with a customer. (Late delivery, damaged product, etc)
Is there any other way to cost any leasing company money?

bryan21384 and back street slider Thank this.

Insurance isnt free. Plus I'm sure they break down dispatcher and other office salaries/real estate/etc etc by truck just like many of us break down our fixed costs by mile.
