I did Atkins when I was about 19 or 20. Mostly ate plain chicken wings, pork skins, Slim Jim's, Vienna sausages, eggs, bacon, and cheese. Sometimes I would go to Wendy's and eat the meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato without the bun.
I never felt better when I was on the diet. My skin even got clearer. I probably ate too much salt, but it is better than being overweight. Atkins plus cardio melted 30 lbs off in less than 3 months. Regular exercise and cutting carbs about one month a year has kept me in great shape for over a decade.
