They're a bad company because you rear ended someone at a high rate of speed?

This guy took the privilege of being able to run on cruise at 68MPH for granted. I wish my slow arse pumpkin could do those numbers lol! How many years of experience do you need to drive for them?

Are you saying the accident wasn't your fault? You were unable to stop your vehicle before rear-ending someone. No matter WHY the traffic was stopped, how it was stopped, etc., this is considered driving too fast for conditions. The only exception might be if someone pulled out in front of you or something similar. This accident obviously wasn't like that though. It was 100% preventable, by you, by leaving more following room. There's a reason they say 6-8 seconds of room in front of you. That is FAR more then 3 truck lengths at 68mph. You were simply following too close. No one's saying you are a bad driver, but coming on here and blaming BigG for you firing you is simply failing to accept responsibility for your mistake. Own up to it, accept the consequences and chalk it up as a lesson learned and move on.

Btw, I don't know of too many decent companies that will be "glad" to hire someone with a recent accident. You might have to do some talking, and certainly that being your 1st in 8 years does help, but it's still a black mark no matter how you look at it.

Highly unlikely,an accident of that magnatude is very serious. How do you know you was 3.0 trks behind that flatbed? As fast as you were going considering the stopped traiffic, you should have had at least 3 trailer lengths. So you're blaming Big G for fireing you?You also commented on their high csa score, well you getting in that accident and issued a citation for following too closely is adding to their csa score.Cars came to a complete stop for no reason huh, there had to have been some reason.Cars were skidding, was it icy?If so,you should'nt have been traveling at 65.When companies fire drivers of course they're not going to give you a heads up,they're going to save that till you get to the terminal.I'm going to have to be on Big G side on this one.

Don't be a bit surprised if Big G takes you to court over this and make it so you'll never be able to drive again.

Not saying you're wrong about thier csa score and turnover rate, nobody is disputing that. But you finding every reason to blame the firing except yourself. You know you should have been fired.A few dings here and there is nothing compared to an accident totaling your trk and your're awful #### lucky you did'nt hurt that driver or no fatalities involved.Don't be counting on finding a job anytime soon if ever.
