Enjoyed talking to the owner. He's an interesting old dude, lot of history. WW2 Vet, been around the world in the military & when he worked for Allison's airplane division before he opened this shop in the 60's, heck of a sense of humor.
Picked up a load of smaller lathes out of there yesterday & both days had
5 hours waiting time for them to get the pieces ready, so he & I sat there & talked.
Kind of sad to be a part of him winding down his life. Even though he acted like he was glad to get rid of this stuff, you could tell he wasn't happy. Glad I got the chance to meet him.
His parting words were: "Son, when your love life starts faltering, go see Alice, she'll fix it for ya'.

I think you need to expand your musical horizon's!!
Being he was in WW2, I'm not sure his "Alice" may be a different "Alice", But,
Alice lived next Door,
Down at Alice's,
Go ask Alice,
You can get everything,
Take a Little Trip! -
Pete
