    Never seen a trailer like that, do the rear axles steer at all? That would drag around corners pretty hard if not.

    No that trailer has no steering axle. The trailer is what we call a axle widener so the axles widen out with the deck, good for stability. As opposed to a deck widener where only the deck widens which can have steering axles because of the need of a tie rod.
    It's definitely interesting the differences between the countries in what is allowed and what's not. I guess you find this between states. We have strict length laws here and less strict height laws which is probably why our trailers are the way they are.
