That's like the NFL of trucking. It's like "of course you WANT to get there....but do you really want to get there"

9'11" Wide x 24' Long water pump. Drawing and Shipper said 66K. Original load info sent to me was for 77K. Based on my tractor and trailer scales I'm guessing around 75-76K. Gross should be in the 114-116k range.

Might have to stop and get it washed before delivery. It's coated in mud and keeps dripping all over the deck, Was also dripping all over my head while securing it.

    Nope.

I'm assuming you're talking about Engineered Pump in Mukwonago. They are our neighbors. We did have another truck that hauled a 50K lb pump out of KY Yesterday that went there.

This one is for Xylem up in Pewaukee but it's going to Milwaukee to Monarch welding. Xylem doesn't have a crane large enough to disassemble this one so they contract it out to Monarch.

I'm hoping I can get this delivered tomorrow. Going to call and ask them if they want the mud washed off before I get there.

Sounds like there's another one just like this somewhere in WV that I might be going to get next week.

Looking around on Google Earth I found AEP Mountaineer just down the river. Looks like they have the exact same pump and cooling tower arrangement as Gavin. John Amos down by Nitro as well.

Kinda of interested that all the coal plants out here are running these huge cooling towers. I'm used to only seeing this in Nuke plants. All the coal plants in WI and Illinois tend to use the smaller style in banks of 10-20.
