    Is there some dealers that specialize in heavy trucks? Or are most trucks like the one @Rontonio got are special order?

    Rontonio's truck was a very special order, including correspondence with Western Star engineers, transmission engineers, etc.

    I know Ron already answered this, but one thing he didn't mention is to go from 600/1850 to 600/2050 is another $5000. When I ordered mine I wanted 2050, but couldn't justify it at that price.

    I've yet to have anyone explain to me and I've asked, how can you change torque without changing horsepower? When torque is a direct mechanical result of horsepower.
