Big Loads - Post Photos

Here is a D-9L with a push blade, under 11' wide. 15'3" high, approx 190K. This was on the coast Hwy 1 in 2005. I was headed for the little town of Cambria, CA

 

So did you get up to Hearst Castle on this little "vacation?" (I always thought Cambria was the "picture perfect postcard town!") (say that one fast three or four times in a row. . .)

 

Not on this trip! LOL I have hauled some manlifts up to the castle a few times. You are right about picture perfect. I take it you have been up in that area?

 

Many times. One of my favorite motorcycle rides was Morro Bay to Monterey! Just need to be properly dressed for it.

 

Has to be one of the best motorcycle roads in the country. I have done it several times.

 

Best moto ride on the west coast I think. are you from the area?

 

Not really "from" the area. But I did live in the Five Cities area and then in Lompoc for several years.
