Biscuits and Gravey

Duh, don't re-eat the hurlage!!! LOL! Leave it on the floor for the dog to lick up, and get yourself another serving!

(Alright, that was digusting. To punish myself, I am logging off and going to bed!)

 

Man I put the gravy over everything, including the scrambled eggs and bacon, and taters. OOOOOhhhh, man!!! Anybody that gets between me and a plate of that can get run over. And 10-4 on the Tabasco!!!!! If you ever cook scrambled eggs, put a tablespoon or two in the eggs and mix in, before you cook them.

 

There is no e in gravy. I have the gut to speak intelligently on this subject. An yeah Jimmy Dean is pretty hard to beat for your grease, oops initial ingredient.

 

Alright, since I was already in the corner, I might as well make it worse.

I ain't got no pretty lady to take to the corner, just my wife!

Oh yeah, and I put the tabasco on after my eggs are cooked, only 'cause if it hits the pan the smoke can gag you something fierce!

Best truckstop restaurant ever, though. Great biscuits and gravy, too, lol.

 

Yes, the tabasco is best after, but to really make those eggs nice and fluffy, in an omelet or scrambled; instead of a bit of milk when you beat them, use a dab of sour cream, it works great. One of my favorites was creamed chipped beef over a large greasy hashbrown.

 

Oh, lordy... just when I thought it couldn't get any worse...
