Well I didn't know it was possible but they didn't want my application and said they are picking someone better qualified for the student program. "Aka some e who doesn't have 3 younger children" frankly I still need to pay my bills so I tried a company even further away that pays better and got an interview for next Wednesday. I'm freaking stoked!

Yeah mate its like what i learnt years and years ago and this applies to almost everything in life "If it sounds to good to be true it probably isn't" companies out there promise the world and we drivers keep falling for it as far as i'm concerned their pretty much all the same these days just a different coloured bonnet or hood as you's say. I really do hope you can find a company that you'll be happy with.

Restricted class 1 licenses for automatic transmissions only have existed at least since 2008, probably longer. If a driver does a road test in an automatic in NS they aren't legal to drive a manual, they have to schedule a second road test in a manual to get the restriction removed.

When I picked the school I would attend, one school had automatic trucks and only 1 manual and encouraged anyone who struggled with shifting to just take the test on an auto. The school I chose didn't have any autos because that is, frankly, ridiculous.

And Ontario's restricted A license is based on the type of truck you use.

The restricted Class A (condition R) licence is meant for drivers operating smaller truck-trailer combinations, such as a recreational, horse or utility trailer.

Did I even mention overseas drivers in that post? No.... The company sucks in general and not because they hire overseas drivers.
