Blank Trucking Scam

One thing to think about here for the suggestions of suing the guy. Getting a judgement is actually just the start. Getting money even after a judgement can be time consuming and difficult as well.

Going after him as CC posted is probably your best shot.

 

Personally I would take cousin vinnie and vito and go pay a visit to him....

but thats just me.

OTOH, you can always file a theft report, list him as the suspect and have the cops go visit him instead.

 

If you can fart the mega-carriers will take you!

 

And after you have Vinnie and Vito visit him, they could perhaps "fill in" the Blanks ?? What a piece of work this clown is..Another CL scam.

 

I vote on charging him with theft. Swear out a warrant on him.

 

Did you write down the serial numbers to your electronics?...if you did then file a police. Report and he can go visit the crossbar motel with bubba as a new roommate..

 

This is exactly why I question our recruiting department as to why we have an ad on Craig's List. We are a very good company to work for and their idea of advertising is a once a month ad on Craig's List. It makes us look like just another bottom feeding company.

I gotta say something about this,in a way its your own fault because you where running illegal and you knew that all along.As we all know times are tough but that does not give us the right to brake the laws and run illegal,even tho this guy is wrong also for running a business like that you gotta blame your self for driving for someone who you know was a bad apple to start.If he wasn't doing things the right way and the legal way your more likely going to have an issue collecting payment.Now as for your personal belongings,yea I would file a stolen police report unless he returns your stuff.This kinda gets me mad when I hear people are doing things illegal and this hurts everyone in the business.
