We have 2 , 2016 Kenworth T680's with the blend doors not working properly. Both start blowing heat when you first turn the on then turns cool. I understand there are 5 blend door actuators. Is this true? if so how do I know which one is not working?

You need ESA to troubleshoot the actuators. Carefully inspect the splines on the actuator to the door as the doors break too. If you a having heat control issues I would start with the temp control actuator first.

This is an old post but the same problem is occurring on an 04 379- where did you find this short harness? I can’t seem to locate it so far coming up from the blend door actuator. Thanks
