Blend Door Issue

8/2012 build date 386.

had an issue with the blend door not operating so the air wasnt getting near as cold as it should. I replaced the blend door and now it moves, problem is now it moves in the opposite direction as commanded. (turn controller to heat and the blend door goes cold, turn controller to cold and blend door goes hot). so now when i put it on hot it gets fairly cold, but its working against the heater isolator so its not as cold as it should be..
also, when you turn the controller now to full cold, as the blend door moves you hear a "pop" of a door shutting in the air box, isolator door maybe? and it gets luke warm air out of the vent. but if i move the controller just a hair off of full cold it goes full hot out of the vent?

i know this is probably confusing to read, but if you can understand what i am saying, any help would be appreciated..

 

update: problem solved. either the new part from pete was wired wrong or they gave me an actuator for a blend door... either way swapped one off of a parts truck and no issues
