    Blinker fluid fill is in the box next to the controller for the eld. That's usually on the firewall by the brake test valve
    Blinker fluid is sold only at better parts stores , but you need to have your ID-10T form with you from the truck manufacturer, so you get the correct viscosity.
    When you pick it up, be sure to get a roll of fog line, a tube of steering wheel grease, exhaust lube, bearing packing, and tire air flush.
    A small stick of antenna tune is always good to keep on hand too.
    To get tire lube, you'll need your BA-1100N documents, you get those from dispatch, or any truck dealer.

    I use that winter air summer air phrase all the time. The TPMS is usually 5lbs+- so in the spring the dash light comes on so let air out and in the fall put air in.
