Block Heater Cord

    @Last Call @wore out Just wondering what gauge cord you use to plug the block heater in? I'd think at least a 14 gauge heavy duty, any thoughts suggestions?

    Well I decided 14 gauge would work and it does.

    Yeah 14 is good, really depends on how far you need to run that cord, shorter runs can use smaller gage (within reason for the application of course).

    I use a 25' cord, 12 gauge. I had it on hand but would have bought 14 if I needed to buy one.
