That’s a pretty good # , Especially after puffing one, Lol. I’m still smoking myself, after quitting for 4 days, I know it’s not very smart, but it is what it is. Habits hard to change.I’ll say I took a baby aspirin for yrs. Only after stopping due to stomach pains, did I get high BP. Also learned that taking aspirin before physical will actually cause it to go up. Sound like you have a minor BP problem. Easily treatable. Listen to your wife, mines been telling Me for yrs to get checked out. But she’s a lot tougher than me. Lol

She’s right, they checked my legs out also. They’re good no blockages. My back causes them to tire out some days, I was pretty sure that’s all it was. Now I know. Don’t need anymore BS. Like my old Truck, got to get a few more good years out of it.

 

yes, take your with you, so that who ever is checking, can do the testing with both BP devices.

at first when you buy one of those things, they seem to work great. they take batteries, of course you replcase when needed, but they will not be as accurate as the doctors.

i have had one HIGH reading on one arm, and a LOW one on the other..!!!

NEVER rest your arm, on the arm rest of a chair, you ar, should be at the same height as your heart, ever notice at a dr.s office, they hold your arm up..?????

if there is a wide range of diference, throw out your tester, either get a new one, a better one that costs more than what you paid, or again, go to any clinic, firehouse, for a free BP check.

as it is now, i do not own one anymore.

 

For the smokers I smoked for 25 years and never felt better. I was smoking a little over a pack a day. If I can manage to quit you all can.

 

i never smoked cigs, and i used to haul them years ago.

i do smoke cigars, maybe one a day......or one every few days.

we don't inhale, we tick off the wives, is why we do it.......

then of course, they kick us outdoors.....

may i say, the dog house is actually comfy..???
