    Yeah we must be. Lol. My weakness is pasta. I love noodles, but Ill only have them once every six months or so. I love to cook so I make my own spaghetti sauce from scratch.

    I also have discovered sugar free sweets. Now, if I could just get Oreo to go sugar free...hmm.

    My grandmother tested my blood sugar with her kit. 138 but thats after eating some cornbread and before i cut out koolaid or anything else sweet. Ill check again in a few days

    Ill still cut out alot of the carbs and sugary drinks to be on the safe side. Then ill check again next Saturday because i plan to take the physical around the 3rd or 5th depending on how the 4th affects their hours
