So this morning as I was backing into the dock, as I was opening my doors, I noticed my rr trailer super single had blown out sometime between my last stop in Joplin and my 90, I didn't hear or feel any thing weird, and no clue when it actually blew out since I was never on that side of trailer, my company wants me to do an accident report for the tire, which I have never had to do before for a blow out, I'm assuming this will be a non preventable? Also is it common to not feel or hear a tire blow out? I'm assuming it happend near my 90 as the tire was still entirely intact

I would refuse to fill out an accident report. In my opinion by filing an accident report you are admitting the blowout was caused by something you did or didn't do. It's very common to lose a tire and not know it. The only blowouts you will feel 100% of the time is a steer tire blowout. Those will never sneak by you.

How much weight did you have? When those singles go and your heavy it is sorta hard to miss.

I would say that it happened near your terminal, and possibly at a lower speed than highway speed. It may have been a moderate to fast leakdown, rather than a true blowout.
BTW, I always keep my driver's window cracked open at least an inch, even in cold weather as it helps hear what's going on if any strange truck noise develops.
I would say a true blowout on a supersingle would be very hard to "miss", on the highway. Even nearly 60 feet "way back there".

I've had one blowout on a R/F trailer tandem supersingle, but the situ was a quite different, and VERY "noticeable".
That wheels brake drum "came apart/exploded" doing 70 mph, and it appeared a good size piece of the drum tore two gaping holes thru that supersingle.
It also broke the air inlet to the R/R brake chamber and damaged that chamber significantly.

In any case, the trailer gave a significant "wiggle" to the tail end and rapidly slowed, as if my brakes were applied. It was truly a "WTF just happened" moment.
The loss of the air, via R/R brake chamber surely had to apply at least that R/R wheels spring brakes, and possibly all 4 trailer spring brakes, even tho my air gauge was still above 80 psi prior to the truck getting safely stopped.

But my main point is.. I still instantly noticed the loss/blowout of the supersingle.

32k in the 12th hole, so a large majority of the weight was on my drives

I've never not heard a tire blow. Never. Blowout is not the same as going flat. Even still to not know a super-single is flat is inexcusable.

The whole tire is there, just sitting at an angle on the rim

There's NO excuse for not knowing this had happened.

Looks like you have an inflation system on that trailer. Was the light not on? Probably should have seen that in your mirror. As far as accident report, that seems extreme. I had to when I blew a steer and tore up a bunch of plastic. Blow outs usually make a distinct shot gun type sound.
