Like I said, there was 0 sign that anything had happened, no bangs, no weird vibration, nothing awkward suspension wise, and while I understand the seriousness of it, I'm just trying to figure out why there was zero sign, my inflation light wasn't on, even when I was looking at the light backing into the dock
-
Just because you didn't see the sign doesn't mean it wasn't there. There is NO way that tire in that condition did not make itself known.KW Cajun Thanks this.

That was a recap right?
-
I assume it's a recap, that's typically all prime uses on the trailer, and upon closer inspection I'm convinced it had to happened close to my receiver this morning, as there is literally nothing to keep the tire on the rim, the whole back side wall is gone, which also makes me wonder if I just missed the sign of it blowing out? And I do agree there really is no reason I should have missed it if that much tire is gone
Sublime Thanks this. -
So next time just macro/call road service and let them know you need a new tire...if asked why..."recap tire seperated" Luckily
this happened by the receiver and the SAFEST place to park was at the receiver. Bet you will pay more attention to them tires now!

You're insulting me? Shesh, at least go back and pass your first grade grammar and spelling exams, or do you just type with your head up your ###, 2 or 3 extra characters and an apostrophe or two won't kill you...no excuse

I blew out a inside dual on my wagon yesterday morning I didn't hear it go but I knew instantly. I slowed down and limped on to exit, they are rough to change with a 4 way and a bar.
-
well that should have given you an excessive wiggle or a feel in the seat something was wrong back there, I would certainly get your mirrors set differently and get those eyes moving, that could have been much worse had you not noticed it and the tire give way and go through someone window, You should be charged with a Preventable. Get a tire gauge and then use it.
