Really appreciate your help spsauerland, I will try changing the motor now, but currently I was working on resister. I thought that might be it. It was really hard to take it out. Is there gonna be any harm, If I leave it hanging in its little compartment and don’t bolt it.

The resistor is located in the air duct to keep it cool being they produce quite a bit of heat. Ok for troubleshooting, not okay for operation.

If you do find melted blower switch connections or blower wiring connections there is almost always excessive current draw from the blower motor.

Thanks Goodysnap , my switch seemed okay, When my motor failed, It worked for 2-3 seconds after I switched it on and then stopped and didn’t worked again at any setting

Does anyone know if can it be replaced by bunk heat motor , My bunk heat is bypassed anyways.

Make sure the fan spins same way and fins oriented same. I put bunk fan on cab in Freightliner had to change the only obvious difference the plug.My wife kept saying ever since you changed the fan it hasn’t worked right!!! I’m telling her that’s impossible. Then it hit me, swapped wires around to run in opposite direction. Explains the different plugs.

I'm pretty sure the blowers are totally different on the T600 from bunk to cab. Isn't the T600 a dual cage though shaft motor? Pretty sure the bunk is traditional. A call to parts will confirm for sure.

Yikes.... I'd be eliminating those taped connections and spade terminals. You might find a surprise inside.
