    Yes, you are correct, the blue dot indicates that the poster did not have 50 posts at the time that they gave you the rep points. In the time elapsed since the dot was given, they could have gone over the 50 post mark.

    And yes, green is good, red is bad. Blue does not change your point count at all.

    OK, so when they get over 50 it still doesn't turn green? I guess not. One has gone over 50 and it's still blue. Thank you

    I tried and tried yesterday to figure the blue ones out. It's easy enough to figure out the red and green ones out.

    CORRECT! It stays Blue.....There really is NO way to change that either.

    But this is all based on the needed 50 posts to post REP points and have them count.
