my 2 cents - I owned a call center in my dark past. We used many types and brands of headsets. Generally, Plantronics are not that durable and are expensive. We got the best value out of the Genius line of products - inexpensive and durable.

    Lil Blue Pony Thanks this.

We have a jawbone & a motorola h700. We currently need replacement ear pieces for the jawbone. They both seem to work about the same to me. One issue, with both, if you turn them up, the person on the other end will hear themselves talk.

I haven't had that volume problem with the Blue Parrot nor the Blue Eagle. I did have it with my Motorola.

I have the 620 and had the same volume problem until I got messing around with it. It turns out that one of the volume buttons turns the volume up and the other turns it down. Once I figured it out I had all the volume I needed. This wasn't in the instructions.

My husband has the G1 and the jawbone works wonders for on the road. When he calls me at night,he sounds crystal clear on it and the calls never drop.He don't know for sure if there are other models out there.I am jealous that he has the G1 cause i got the Behold and i don't like it.I hope this helps.
