    BP lost my business for the same reason. The 350 was my 3rd or 4th BP, and also the last BP product I'll ever buy. Never again.

    I switched to an AfterShox Titanium, and even without a boom mic, works great while driving.

    I got a blue parrot 550 last month.
    30% off sale plus points for fueling brought the price to $30 and then they are supposed to send a $40 rebate in the form of a visa card. So they paid me $10 to get them. I don't talk on the phone much so I don't have an opinion on them yet.
