Blue parrot does. I can stand next to my engine with the hood up at high idle with the fan running and my wife didn'td understand why inI asking if she can hear me ok. Noise cancellation on those things is phenomenal.

Plantronics has always been great for me. I've had the Pro, Legend, 5220, but my personal favorite is the Edge. Legend was great too, but none of them even came close to the crystal clear voice quality that the Edge has in HD mode. Very small and comfortable compared to the over the ear headsets and noise cancellation is good too. Clip on ear attachment makes it more secure than using the gel insert alone. Calls can be answered hands free by simply saying answer or ignore. Streams music and can be used with Siri or Google Now too. Plus, because of it's small size, you can basically go anywhere with it on and not feel out of the ordinary like you would with a Blue Parrot. I can leave it on from the time I leave the house, at work, at a restaurant, grab a cup of coffee, shopping, etc., to the time I get home, without feeling out of place. And being a local P&D driver who constantly jumps in and out of the truck all day long, I don't have to take off my headset, or have it interfere with my work if I have to do some type of physical labor. Highly recommend it if you do foodservice or P&D. Legend too.

Have tried most every type. The little ones disappear or get dunked in washing machine. Had one with a custom fit inner earpiece. Good, but not great.

Have two BP 350. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Have heard the 450 ain’t the same.

The 350 is so good I use it for calls wherever. At home, in my pickup, etc.

Head spinning with all the options - thanks everyone. Think I'll go with the Cobra with the Bluetooth to start. I'll get a decent external speaker but I think I read you can pipe it into the truck's audio? Could be wrong, I've been reading a lot of stuff and I'm confused. I want a new radio anyway, so even if it sucks, it's not the end of the world. I'll still at least have a new radio. :) I actually really don't like talking on the phone. Lucky for me?? people want to talk to me sometimes lol. I have no idea why lol.

If the truck radio is Bluetooth capable, you should be able to pair it.

As it turned out, the truck has Bluetooth through the on-board system. Paired up my phone and audio is at the driver's ear. Not bad. I threw an old radio in there, but it's peaked and tuned and SWR are 1.5 with the stock antennas. I can live with it.

I flush several when someone is on the phone in the restroom. I don't know, it makes me laugh.
