Alright, finally remembered to do this.
I went and got a plantronics Voyager legend. Thanks @Sho Nuff and @juan22soul
Well it all happened when my plantronics 360/just stoped working one day. I stopped at Walmart when I got to a customer next door with every intention of walking out with a Bluetooth.
Went and picked up a Voyager legend for 89 bucks before taxes and warranty.
Well I'm impatient and didn't let it charge the 24 hours before use. Although directions never said too. It came with a full battery out the package.
Full battery is 7 hours of talk time. 11 days of standby time and an infinite amount if you turn the divce completely off.
I put the medium sized ear bud on and it fits snug and comfortable in my ear. Most of the day I wear and and forget it. It's super lightweight and flexible.
The sound quality is amazing. Everyone hears me perfectly clear as I hear them the same. I even had the window down with truck traffic moving around outside my cab, wife said she couldn't hear anything. Okay, I get going down the road 45 mph with window full open and she says I still sound like I'm sitting still. Get to 65 and finally she says she can hear a slight disturbance in the back ground. But nothing that makes me unhearable. And I can still hear my wife just fine. So the volume on my end is sufficient. Although the sound is all the way up. So deaf drivers may have an issue.
It's real easy to use the voice feature as far as I have figured out how to use them. I gotta break out the instructions again and reread them and make sure I'm doing some things right.
This is all I have to really report on the Plantronics Voyager Legend.
I do recommend it for a lightweight less obvious blue tooth. Comfortable, reliable, loud, and the price fits nice in my wallet. Any questions I'll do my best to answer.Last edited: Feb 27, 2016
