Unless it's like what i got from cracker barrel last night. I didn't think it was possible to mess up bacon and eggs until last night...

Worked at a small place in VT, part time two summers back in my teens (my fulltime gig was in a more reputable kitchen). One morning a story got back to me that the lead chef the night before had dropped many quarts of just made pasta sauce.

A new broom; a clean dust pan and poof, like it never happened. Didn't eat anything 'pasta' or 'parm' for about a month. And stories like this give me pause before even considering dining out.

That Hebron TA sucks, half the parking spots are "reserved"
And the spots on the outside are angled weird,

    You are absolutely correct...
When i was in highschool in the 70's i worked as a grill cook at Bob Evans in Columbus Ohio.
The food was great but after the old man died it has turned into a Denny's at best. Actually comparing it to Denny's is an insult to Denny's.

There is a Black Bear Diner next to the TA on top of the Grapevine too.

I liked the Huddle Houses as a nice alternative too. Since I dont drive in the mid west or east anymore I dont get too much of a variety.
