The truck I have was covered under the company insurance but my lease was terminated and now I need to get bobtail coverage until I can get on with another company,I've called a few but they don't cover big trucks, any suggestions?

Not true.......technical name is Non-Trucking Coverage.....is available to any trucker who isn't operating under an authority and or a BOL.
The Berkshire Hathaway companies......National Indemnity Group and Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies both offer non-trucking coverage.....liability while operating not under an authority or BOL and phys dam.The_Great_Corn, ChevyCam, spindrift and 1 other person Thank this. -

I had my original bobtail policy with Progressive.

They were the first I called and could'nt or wouldn't cover me,I think it had something to do with Virginia.

I spent most of the morning trying to find a insurance company that wanted my money, some just didn't call back and some didn't even answer the phone,did 3 or 4 online apps for insurance and only 1 called back and said they couldn't help me, insurance companies must be swimming in hundred dolla bills.
