Soo a sign saying "no trucks" and a sign saying "no tractor trailers" means exactly the same thing.
Only then...
Wonder why they even bother to produce two different signs if they all mean the same thing
Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
Sure a tractor, okay.
Still not a "tractor trailer" -
Sign saying no tractor trailers is covering both tractors and trailers.Pnwtrucker Thanks this.
-
That would be a no trucks sign
Trailers don't drive themselves onto parking lots.Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
Omg you actually don't get it.
They mean the same thing.
See the cop can be given latitude for mistakes, in this case there is not a mistake, and the sign is not a city or country issued sign, walmart bought it and they define all trucks as a cmv.
so take it to court and ask the judge if he thinks the signs have different meanings and I bet he will same thing, get real.Eldiablo, driverdriver, Pnwtrucker and 1 other person Thank this. -
If you flight this the judge might let you off with a warning just to get you out of there before he loses his mind trying to explain it to you, loldiesel drinker, freightwipper and Pnwtrucker Thank this.

Sure I thought I was fine..
Let's see...
Sign by Walnart said no RVs or Tractor trailers, wasn't either one of those.
Parked away from the walmart, next to Burger King to play it safe.
Burger King had no signs.
In fact the walmart was on this property
The ONLY signs were by the walmart area which I was not parked. -
Quit evading the question, how much was the ticket?icsheeple, diesel drinker, Stormy 69 and 3 others Thank this.
