Not to hijack this thread, but CSA means nothing to drivers, for the most part. The company that I work for doesn't care about a driver's PSP score, and neither does Bolus, the topic of this thread. In fact, any company that's worth working for will not care about a driver's PSP score. The only thing they'll be interested in is your safety record from previous employers, and your MVR. PSP scores are meaningless to the driver in reality.

Something interesting I was told by an instructor at school..two trucks r parked next to eachother, the one guy has a nice dolled up truck looks great, only make .30/mile another guy has a typical average looking truck absolutly nothing fancy. He makes .54/mile which truck are you getting in. I know those are just numbers, but I just want a truck that gets me from point a to b and im making some decent money. BOLUS sounds ok to me, have spoken to a few drivers seen a few of there truck around, yes some look bad but some look great. They always seem busy. Just gotta find out if training pay is so low..everyone thanks for your help.

gotta keep in mind, training is just that. The $150 is low, but how long is training? If the yard is convenient to you, may want to look past the training pay, nobody gets rich off that anyway. I would gladly have the pay over a shiny truck.

    chandler14 Thanks this.

Agreed. Even if it is for 3 weeks i can look past that if the pay after that is worth it

don't buy into that nice truck small paycheck crap..

I was trying to be somewhat nice earlier, now I'm not..

Bolus is a bottom feeder that runs junk equiptment, look at the scumbags they have driving for them that should tell you enough right there..

I'm based out of Scranton BTW so I see them regularly and I'm not new to this business...

I've been with Bolus over a year, they have treated me well.the equipment is older, but they're pretty good about fixing things when they need to be fixed.I have nothing bad to say about them,I've worked for much worse over the years.
