    what is working at TL like?Pretty much like any other driving job w/ above avg pay depending how hard you want to run and if there are miles to be ran.

    Can I go out 2-3 weeks then take time off?

    Yeah, it's 1 day for every 7 out and seeing as you are in NC you should be able to get on a regional fleet

    does Conway only hire from certain schools?

    Nope they will hire from anywhere but wether or not you go to crowder boot camp depends on the school you went to.

    .30-.36 to start doesn't seem like much money.
    Nope but your not a lawyer or CEO and its better then most starting companies.

    How is Conway different then other starter companies?

    It is a little smaller, pay is a little better... BUT it's all pretty much the same just depends on the kind of person you are and if the company style matches.

    were to old to get in the ltl job. you dont wanna handle freight all day.
    you wanna be a steering wheel holder you need the tl or otr

    thank you very much! i appreciate it!

    i'd much rather find a company that i fit well with so i can stay a while than go with a starter company (bottom feeder) just to get a year of OTA in.
