Do you believe someone who smoked a joint Saturday evening is still under the influence of marijuana on Sunday night?

 

That's the point I tried making earlier, but kinda felt like it would akin to arguing on the cb if I got into it. I support the full legalization of all drugs, but on the other side we have folks that believe marijuana is a gateway drug.

 

Ok I have tried and convicted people of DUI from blood results for alcohol as well as marijuana and other drugs also.

 

It is like arguing into the cb. I blame old, grumpy, men with limited experience beyond the comfortable confines of their immediate world. They want and expect the rest of the world to fall in, and behave in the manner that conforms to their limited world view.

 

On the other hand I can tell you that marijuana is a gateway drug. Not for everyone just the now meth heads etc.

 

Sugar is a gateway drug.

A blood test for the active ingredients of pot, is not the same as a urine or hair test for marijuana metabolites.
