I'm just going to say this bit and then leave it alone I would much rather have a healthy and fit driver who imbibes on weed during his home time then some fat unhealthy driver about ready to have a major cardiac arrest and stroke on the road because he doesn't know how to take care of himself. I practically get sick to my stomach every truck stop I go to and 80 percent of the drivers get out and waddle to the restaurant huffing and puffing by the time they get there. I don't do drugs but to say that the occasional pot smoking driver on his off time is more of a risk then the drivers out there who shouldn't have a medical card is just laughable.

 

I think it depends on how big your heart is on that day. Maybe send him on his way with a gift card to Tim Horton's.

Screw self preservation dude! Give it a couple years, let Obama's wonderful invention continue to change our country. Once the taxpayers (and the Gov't of course) REALLY start feeling the weight of Obamacare and how much it's costing the Feds to keep people medicated watch how fast they start considering other ways and stop allowing the PharmaMafia to control stuff the way they do. I don't even smoke weed and haven't since being a teen but it's completely laughable what people views on it are, like it's friggen Herion or something, yet they have no issues cracking a beer which will make people FAR more dangerous! But as your aware, Social Engineering... IT WORKS!
