Sorry @Canned Spam, people that smoke weed want to get into a truck and drive 80,000 pounds of bananas into a school bus full of nuns and puppies. Because anyone that smokes pot is an irresponsible yahoo bent on destroying our way of life in this here country. If you can't understand that, it's because your a commie leftist.

Pot is destroying the very fabric of this country, and it should have no place in this fine, upstanding profession.

I did a refresher a while back, there was an x border patrol cop who got kicked out for failing drug test...He was kicked out of border patrol for making a group of illegals take thier shoes off, as he was only one, with like 8 of them..I thought it was a smart idea!!! He walked them in a wash,soft sand, not on desert...They all filed a complaint when the mexican consulate came to visit all of them and ask for complaints...the canned his but after 15 years, for that////

I remember reading a while back about a local city in Idaho that was having a hard time filling positions at the police dept. A high percentage of new recruits were testing positive for THC!
Its not even a political thing, just some folks don't believe in taking away personal freedom in America, but a majority of people will agree that personal freedom is a good thing up until your actions begin effecting others.
IMHO a large cross hatch of the arrogant party and the ignorant party will come together and make it legal to use weed while off duty, and there eventually will be a breathalyzer that actually works.
Worst scenario, a blood test will tell if person is high and in most cases date and time of day they last smoked.

If they could have figured out how to tax overseas online poker, like they have with legalized pot, I'd be willing to bet it would still be legal.
