I’ve paid about $125 for some Wolverine work boots at Sketchers. They were the nicest boots I’ve ever owned. Sketchers also has a big selection of boots.
I personally hate steel toe because they can give you blisters if the boot doesn’t fit you tightly. I’m fine with composite toe boots. They’re much lighter.
The ones I have now, I got from Walmart. They do not have a good selection of boots. I paid about $90, and these were their best boots.

kemosabi49 and stacks Thank this. -
I paid 275 for some really nice snake skin boots years ago. Now I just wear those 125 dollar lace up ropers.

I have a Justin type foot. Not at all a Tony Lama.
I can say Irish Setters have done me good.
Keens yes.
But the very best work boot I've have are Justins. Fit me the best. They're lace up work boots. They weren't cheap either. As I remember.. $275? I had bought them for Oil Field.
Don't need boots now in driving. I wear what's comfortable and acceptable to customer.stacks Thanks this. -

Red Wing no. 2408. Comfortable and long lasting.
I’ve been buying those for well over 10 years now. -
Red Wings. Bought in 2005 for when I worked overseas. Wore nearly everyday for two years then when ever I needed steel toes after I came back. Re soled a couple times.
