    You are right. I wonder if that would be grounds for a suit. After all they don't know for sure if they person they are taking to really has any idea, or if it might just be an off the cuff answer to get them off the phone.


    Actually, can they put you oos for ten for an earlier log violation or falsification? Or only is you are currently in violation?

    How the #### is a shipper going to waste time trying to find information at what time mr. Driver left the dock?...

    How far back in the logbook do they go? Past 8 days? Or the whole month worth of logs?

    I thought I was treated well ..only inspector that had ever been an ### to me over the years was in Wisconsin at the Menomonie scales and I #### near went to jail lol

    Been my experience over the last 30 or so years that 99.9 percent of inspectors will treat you exactly as you treat them .
    That boy in Wisconsin was spoiling for a fight and fortunately for me I realized I was gonna lose that battle.
