they also charge the driver for every 2 in strap they own they buy it with his money not the companies money. they have a sign on bonus but after you buy the equipment they require you to have, the bonus is spent.

so they give you the money to buy the stuff you need. I haven't heard of to many companies out there giving sign on bonus's to inexperienced drivers.
